The room has a massive double wardrobe, double bed and a chest of drawers plus bedside table. Then there is a shared bathroom, an open plan lounge/ kitchen (with a separate fridge/freezer for whoever takes the room) plus a back door leading to a garden.

1 minute from Tooting Station (Into City and Kings Cross)Tooting Broadway is 10 minute walk or short bus ride. Bus stop for routes 280, 270, 264, 355 as well as the 77 and 44.

Local pub is 'The Gorringe' which is really nice and is a large common just across the road which is great for running.
