The room is a large furnished double including a double bed with a memory foam mattress, a wardrobe and chest of draws. (all of the belongings in the photo will be gone of course!)

BILLS,

Bills are included, which feature 100mb broadband, Virgin Media TV connection, council tax, electricity, gas, water, and TV license.

PARKING & LOCAL AREA

There are no permits on the road and often you will find a space outside the property.

There is a Tesco Express 5 minutes from the property as well as one of the best pub's in Tooting which has a great beer garden and cinema!

TRANSPORT,

Tooting Broadway Underground Station (northern line - zone 3) is a 10/15 minute walk from the property.

Tooting overground station is a 5 minute walk from the property(zone 3) which runs frequent trains to London Blackfriars (24 mins direct)as well as trains to Sutton via Wimbledon.

Buses also stop 5 mins from the property taking you to Victoria, Waterloo, Earlsfield and Wimbledon to name a few.

Forgot to mention the property also has a garden.
