Single/Small double to rent

A single/small double room to rent in a glorious house in Tooting - 5 minutes walk from Tooting mainline station with excellent transport links to Victoria, Kings Cross and London Bridge. A short walk from Tooting Broadway Station with all the benefits that provides as well.

We are two lads (both called Dan, to save on the learning of names) and a girl named Sarah and we need a fourth and final house mate. The final room is available from the 26th May. And we'd like someone pretty sharpish!

We are looking for a someone sociable who is looking for more of a home than a place to leave their stuff. While we all have our own lives outside of each other, we do like to hang out during the week to watch a movie, go out for a pub quiz or just generally chill out.

The house is amazing (quite frankly we can't quite believe our luck that we got it). The room itself comprises of a double bed, wardrobe and storage space. The rest of the house comprises of a massive garden, just in time for summer BBQs, an eat in kitchen with breakfast bar and table and chairs. There is also a separate living room. And a bathroom, obviously.

Quite frankly the attached pictures don't do the house justice, my photography skills leave a lot to be desired.
