Very Large Double available - Mitcham/Tooting

Very Large double room - furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chairs and still space to move around in - yes this is a decent size. It gets the afternoon sun, and is airy and light.

The flat is 5 minutes walk from Tooting station which gets you to Elephant and castle in 20 minutes with tons of local bus routes to Central London. Also we are a 5 minutes bus ride to Tooting Broadway on the Northern Line (the black one). Mitcham Eastfields is 15min walk (or a short bus ride) away to get into London Bridge and Victoria. The flat is a lovely 15 mins walk from St Georges Hospital Tooting.

The area is very quiet and great for study (if you are a student), or for relaxing after work.

The flat has a shared living room with open fire place kitchen with all the mod cons, washing machine, dish washer etc. We have just had a new boiler fitted so the shower is very powerful, there's also a bath. The garden is small but perfect for BBQ, s and the occasional party.

Bills work out at around £70 per month for everything including high-speed unlimited broadband internet.

We are looking for a new flatmate. The flat is very chilled out and friendly but not in your face about it.

I am Maria I'm a 31yo mature student of Psychology at Goldsmiths, I love dressing up and I manage a club in Vauxhall, I am a member of the LGBTQI community. I am also into comics and am a self confessed geek, and my hair is bright blue this week.

Second flatmate is a student, poet and boxing coach, and super music nerd.

I am looking for 1 flatmate, student or professional, musicians and alternative lifestyles welcome. I have occasional jams and games nights, but we also understand the importance of personal space.

We are very Busy with Uni and managing the Club. but if we don't see you for a week and there is funny smell from your room I will come and Investigate, we are caring like that :)

We have 2 very well behaved cats, lovely moggies, one ginger and one tortoiseshell, they are very cuddly and a part of the family :) The cats spend a lot time hunting (mostly mice and rats although as they get bigger dogs and foxes are expected) and are on a mostly raw meat diet, vegetarians are welcome, but the flat lives with two definite carnivores.
