Short Term Double to Rent in Mitcham (6-8 Weeks)

Double room to rent in Mitcham (Zone 3, South London) between the dates of July 21st and September 1st (approx 6 weeks). I'm away at work for a while and need someone to fill my room whilst not there.

£110 per week, all bills & VERY FAST BT internet included. 3 minutes walk from Mitcham Eastfields train station, and a 7/15/20/30 minute commute to Balham/Clapham Junction/London Victoria/London Bridge. Also well connected for trains to Croydon, Streatham and the south in general.

Night buses run regularly from Balham / Tooting and throughout the day.

Living with 1 male flatmate, who you will be paying the rent to directly. Although there is no deposit, he requires that you pay the full amount of your stay up front. He is fairly quiet and works weekdays. He is very accommodating of my needs and work schedule and am sure he will pass on the same level of respect to you.

There is parking on the street outside, and shops are a 10 minute walk away in Mitcham centre.

Inside the flat there is a small kitchen with everything except a microwave in it. I'll leave all my pots, pans and plates for you to use at your leisure. Also a bathroom with an electric shower and washing machine.

Inside the room there is a double bed, wardrobe, 3-tier chest of drawers, small table, clothes horse and a couch. If you like, I can leave my TV in the room for you to make use of. The back doors of the room open up to a closed off yard, only accessible from the room.
