Large Double Room. Close to station & all bills .

Hi, We have a room in our modern, comfortable and clean house.

The room is on a Mon-Fri basis, however 7 day availability would be considered for the right person. It's perfect for someone working in London who wants some peace at the end of the day!

The train station is a 5-10 min walk away and has links to Victoria and The City Thamslink, Blackfriers, Farringdon and King's Cross ect. Trains leave every 20 mins and get you into London in less than 30mins, door to door!

The room and house are decorated to a high standard. The room has a double bed with loads of storage and comes with a desk and chair.
The large kitchen is complete with dishwasher, range cooker and other mod cons. You will have a cupboard and space in the fridge for your food.

The living room area has a wood burning stove and a large TV for communal use. There is a clean bathroom with bath and power shower. It will be shared by yourself and one other person so there will be no issue with waiting!

LOTS OF ADDED EXTRAS!!! The room can come with bedding and towels (if needed) and the rent includes all bills, cleaning products, toilet paper, hand soap.
We also supply milk, tea and coffee for you to use! And the cleaning will be done by us, so you will just need to clean up after yourself.

There are two of us in the house, but one works away most weeks, so there is plenty of space. We are friendly and clean, but also like our space.
