The flat is 2 years old and fully furnished. It is easy walking distance from Mitcham Eastfields station, just 25 minutes from the City (6mins to Balham for the northern line) and set in a 4 acre parkland.

The living room and kitchen are combined: -
There is a wide screen TV, large fridge freezer, hob/oven/grill, washing machine/dryer, all kitchen-ware. There is a large balcony with table for eating on or having a nice glass of wine (in good weather!)
Bathroom:-
The flat has two bathrooms so no need to share. I have the en-suite bathroom so the other bathroom is for your sole use. It is a good size, with toilet, sink, bath and stand up shower over the bath.
Bedroom:-
The Bedroom has cream carpets and walls and dark wood furniture – king size muji bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside table and good quality blinds.

The area

I am less than half a mile away from Mitcham town center offering a good selection of local shops and supermarkets. Canons leisure center (Better gym) is less than half a mile away from my development and offers a pool and wide range of indoor sporting facilities. Mitcham Common is also minutes away – it is a protected historic expanse of wild grassland and woods that includes Seven Islands Pond and Mitcham Golf Course.
The connections from Mitcham Eastfields Station are great.
Direct trains call at
Mitcham Junction, Sutton, Balham, Clapham Junction, London Victoria, Elephant and Castle, London Blackfrias, St Pancras, Farringdon, Bedford Luton airport and many other stations. Gatwick airport is also just 39 minutes away.
There are good bus links to Colliers Wood and South Wimbledon to pick up the northern line and Brixton for the Victoria line. The development is also on the N133 night bus route from Shoreditch/The City.

About me

I’m 30 years old and work for myself in the music industry – I quite often work from home or in Brighton and London. I try to stay fit and active, eat healthy etc, although the fish and chip shop down the road makes this extremely hard indeed! I love snowboarding and going for the odd beverage now and then ;) and I have a boyfriend who comes over a couple nights a week.

I’m pretty chilled and laid back but am very clean, tidy and house-proud so I would like someone to respect that but also feel like my place is his or her home too.

I would love to rent my room out to some likeminded and who is possibly looking to move in from the party vibe of a shared house to somewhere a little more grown up so I am generalizing that it might be more suited to someone in their late twenties onwards.
