My name is Alexa and I'm the house mate that's leaving this huge house with a gorgeous garden.

This is really a home, it's very comfortable and warm. My room is a very big double which has plenty of space for a desk, chest of draws, double bed and wardrobe. Even after all that I still manage to do yoga in there!

The room is painted white and is on the ground floor with French doors into the garden (access also from kitchen). It also has a really nice old fireplace.

Everyone in the house is easy going and friendly and the house has a big kitchen and living room where we often have movie nights. Everyone works different hours and I've never had to wait for the shower or find space in the kitchen as there's plenty to go round.

Curtains, wardrobe, and brand new bed staying and fast broadband and cleaner included in bills.

(Estate agent will want a reference, bank statements and payslips for the last three months)
4 AVAILABLE TO MOVE IN 16TH JANUARY 2015
