one big double room in a 3 bedroom flat. The room has a king size bed and huge wardrobe and some other stuff...there are 2 gardens and car park and unlimited internet and washing machine, dish washer and so many kitchen stuff you can use.. there is no living room i am afraid as the flat has only 3 bedrooms

the flat is in a good and quite zone just 7 mins walking distance away from Mitcham tram stop where you can go to wimbledon in 6 mins and 5 mins from morden(118) and 280 to tooting 25mins..

2 men living in the flat who are professional and work 6 days a week
I am looking for a long term person and who works
all bills are included in the price only 2 weeks deposit :)

this will be the second time to rent my room and i know many houses are either very dirty or too many people live in there.. if you find the price high please decide after seeing the flat :)as we are committed to cleaning..
