Friendly houseshare near Morden

Two lovely double rooms in a quiet area located between Morden and Raynes Park. House is nicely decorated, kitchen has all the conveniences needed for the 21st Century and garden is regularly maintained. I have bought brand new beds and mattresses very recently, and these are extremely comfortable, as can be expected.
Area is very convenient for transport, being about 15 minutes walk away from Morden Tube Station, and a short train/bus journey to Wimbledon.
Rent includes ALL bills (council tax, gas, water, electricity, broadband).

I'm looking for someone who's tidy and quiet.
I work in Central London and have a fairly busy schedule as I go running regularly and play football, but I try to make time for my housemates. As a landlord, I always make sure my tenants have someone to whom they can relay any problems in a swift manner and I can be relied on to solve the problem quickly.
