House share near Morden tube station

Small but pleasant house with sunny rear garden near Morden tube station and Morden Hall Park. One small double/single room to rent short or long term. House share with friendly landlady. Ready for end of February but please contact asap. Must like dogs (I have a miniature schnauzer - she's very friendly). I'd prefer sharing with a female - must be tidy and share cleaning etc. Love it if you like gardening but you don't have to get involved! The house has a brand new eco bubble washing machine, Samsung oven and hob and broadband. The room is small but could fit a small double, but much more room with a single. It has its own generous built in wardrobe, so a bit of 'stuff' wouldn't be a problem. It is unfurnished at the moment but will get the bed to your liking. Bills included including council tax.
