Spacious house with garden and driveway

Looking for one tenant to replace current tenant in four bedroom house. The house is very spacious with an open plan kitchen dinner, living room and conservatory. One bathroom with seperate shower and bath and with a garden and driveway. In addition there will be a spare room that could be used for guests or an office, however this room cannot be let out. The house has a washing machine, and dishwasher. I am unsure of official moving date at the moment but hoping for mid May/beginning of June, so some flexibility with moving date preferred. Current flatmates include one male who works at the local college and is very clean and tidy and enjoys watching films. The other tenants are a professional couple who will be moving to the London area, they are very sociable and own a cat who will be moving with them.
