The house has 4 bedrooms, bright, spacious, quiet and clean . Theres one bathroom and toilet upstairs, garden for BBQ or to relax, shared kitchen, free on the road parking space although its full most of the time. Very quiet neighborhood and beautiful calm surroundings.

The kitchen comes with all kitchen stuff like cutlery, plates etc and has hob, oven, microwave, and toaster. Theres dryer and washing machine and 24 hours hot water.
You would have separate space allocated in the kitchen and fridge.

The house is just 10-15 mins walk to morden station and just 1 minute walk to the bus station.

There are currently 4 other people living in the house right now, which loves to socialize but also respect each others privacy.

Theres one month advance and deposit needed and one month notice if you need to leave. Sorry not for couples.
