Double bedroom available in friendly, sociable house share to start 29th March; can possibly start sooner, just let me know when's best.

£600 PCM including all bills. The room comes with a double bed, drawers and wardrobe.

The house comes with:

- large bathroom including a separate bath and shower
- kitchen fitted with a dishwasher and washing machine
- lounge with sofas and TV
- large garden with garage for extra storage
- an attic for extra storage space.

Bus stops right outside the house (directly outside front door) that can take you Morden tube station in 5 minutes or only a 15min walk, and you always get a seat! Buses to Wimbledon from outside the front door too.

Nearby: Local park with gym, shops, post office, library and co-op or large Sainsburys stores, there is also a great local Irish pub that does a fantastic, cheap, all you can eat roast on a Sunday.

You will be sharing with two professional, great guys who are easy going and down to earth. Both have various interests and will make you feel comfortable and at home. They are very social and enjoy movie nights in with a few drinks as well as heading out into town.
