I live in a 3 bedroom end of terrace house with front and back gardens plus a front double drive-in packing area. I am looking for professionals who are able to be responsible at all times. Clean and tidy and clean after themselves and organised. Respect other mates properties, honest, trustworthy and sociable.
Opportunity for Wifi broadband, washing machine/drier, dishwasher, extra large kitchen for communal space as well. Gas central heating, double oven cooker, fridge/freezer and a micro wave. The shower room is downstairs. I am in Morden, very quite and peaceful residential area, clean and smart surroundings. 3 mins on the bus and 14 mins walking distance to the station which is run by Northern Line trains and an easy access to the City and Central London.

The double room is available from now. It has a double bed, 2 single wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a PC desk and a lamp. Alternatively, it can be occupied as twin bedroom with 2 single beds. All of the Double and 2 single beds are available to be used as required/needed.

Extra large double room is also available. It's furnished with large double bed, 2 extra large wardrobes, bedside chest of drawers a lamp 4 compartments chest of draw.
