Fabulously wonderful person to live with!

The room is a double, with a large window facing the rear, with a fab view. The bathroom has just been fully refurbed, and has a good powerful shower and enormous bath to chill out in!
The house is a 4 bed detatched, in a private cul-de-sac, with a large garden that backs on to fields. easy walking distance from local pub/shop/canal/main line railway station (waterloo), with easy access to M25 & Tesco 24hr superstore. most bills are covered, including wireless internet, but phone is not included.
Me, I am generally tidy, and at the moment rarely at home! I cook regularly and throw the occasional dinner party. I don't smoke, but will accept smoking outside, oh, and I'm a wonderfully happy person to live with!
Please also note, it's a 4 bedroom house but it's just me here 90% of the time, & occasionally my girlfriend. The automated system on this website decided I have 3 people living here because it's a 4 bed house, and I can't seem to change it!
