Furnished double bedroom to let in New Haw nr Addlestone. Mon - Fri lettings only - Sun night arrival fine. We are a professional couple with a dog (cockapoo).

The house is 20 min walk to Byfleet and New Haw Rail Station with direct trains to London Waterloo (40 min duration, 2 trains per hour, more in the rush hour). 20-30 mins drive to Heathrow airport, 5 mins from M25 junction 11, M3 and A3.

We are situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with parking on the street outside. The room contains a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, desk, chair, lamp and chest of drawers. You have sole use of the downstairs bathroom (bath and shower) and shared use of the kitchen/diner and one of the reception rooms with satellite TV. Wifi available and coffee/tea-making facilities in room.

All bills included in the rent. Sorry no students or DSS.
