Single room to rent Monday to Friday

Single bed with memory foam mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, folding bedside table and lamp. There is a lodger-only reception room with Freeview TV and bathroom with bath and shower. We all share the kitchen/diner which contains the usual appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly and all bills included.

You would have access to the room Sunday evening to Friday morning. The rent is payable weekly in advance. Wi-Fi is available. The deposit is two weeks’ rent (£170). Lodgers must likedogs as we have a good-natured cockapoo.

We are situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with parking on the street outside. The house is a 20 min walk to Byfleet and New Haw Rail Station with direct trains to London Waterloo (40 min duration, 2 trains per hour, more in the rush hour). 20 mins drive to Heathrow airport, 5mins from M25 junction 11, M3 and A3. Surrounding canal paths are great for walking, running and cycling and we have the capacity to store a bicycle.
