House includes modern kitchen, big garden, off-street parking, large front room with lots of sunlight and a dining room in the conservatory.
This is a no smoking house, however, smoking out of your bedroom window or outside in the garden is obviously fine.
There are around 7 restaurants nearby Indian, French, Korean, Chinese. There is a pub a few minutes walk away and a chip shop nearby.
The station is right next to the pub and Wimbledon (which provides access to the District line, tram line and everywhere else) is only a 7 minute train journey away; and Waterloo is a single 24 minute journey.
