It is a quiet house in a peaceful neighborhood with a very good connection to central London from Berrylands train station, (5mins walk via country lane) which will get you to Waterloo Station in 20mins. From Berrylands station you can also take a direct train to Wimbledon Station (with a connection to the underground district line)or to Vauxhall Station (with a connection to the Victoria line). There is also a bus stop 30 seconds walk from the house with a scheduled bus to Kingston Town Center.

Opposite the house there is a park with the Hogsmill River walk.

The house has wireless internet and off-road parking.
