The house is situated 5 minutes walk from Motspur Park Village and Motspur Park Train Station. In an area at the heart of numerous facilities and activities including the opportunity to spot local legends at Fulham Football Training Ground!
In one direction, a 10 minutes walk North, is a 24 hour Tesco Superstore; 5 minutes walk of that is the UK’s first Krispy Kreme where vintage cars congregate every Sunday morning as owners gather to show off their exceptional motors.
In Motspur Park Village you will find a specialist Mediterranean market (eagerly sought out by customers from both local and more distant areas) which sells unique dishes and ingredients with an Arabic restaurant nearby. Also in the locality is the library, a great fish and chip shop, post office, pub, Indian, Greek and Chinese restaurants. There is also a barbers, hairdressers and dry cleaners.
Behind the shops is the park which is used by local youth teams to play football tournaments on a Saturday morning. It also has a jogging path and 2 tennis courts. Behind that is the Green Lane Riding stables.
The house is within easy reach of Waterloo stations (20 mins), the District Line (10 mins to Wimbledon) and the A3. Kingston Town Centre and Richmond Park are 15 minutes by car or bike. A large Tesco is 5 minutes away and Waitrose can be found at Raynes Park and New Malden High Street which are both 5 minutes by car or bus.
There is a deck and patio area at the house, with a lawn, bike shed, benches, patio table and chairs. The house has all mod cons including wifi.
