Large flat, New Malden High Street

We are 2 professionals, looking for another professional to join the team at our flat.

The Flat is a large maisonette situated right on New Malden High Street with a big lounge and dining room, kitchen, bathroom/wc and 3 bedrooms. There is also a small balcony which is communal.

Being on the High Street, all the amenities are on the door step and we are only 5 minute walk to the main line New Malden station, which goes into Waterloo (about 25 minutes) and is just 2 stops from Wimbledon where you can pick up the District Line. We are also on a night bus route which comes in handy from time to time.

The room thats up for grabs is the smaller of the flats 3 bedrooms. It's unfurnished and comes in at an incredible £366 per month (excluding bills).

We like to keep things tidy as much as possible so that would be a good trait to have.

In summary, its a great little flat thats ridiculously cheap for its size and situation. It's had a mixed bag of faces over the years, graphic designers, film makers, illustrators, musicians, art directors, all who have loved their time here. Get in touch if you fancy having a look.
