At this stage the room is available for three months starting at the end of March/beginning of April ending at the end of June when the property lease comes to an end. There may be opportunities to extend the lease.

You will be sharing with two easy going professional males. They are both great guys and passionate about music and like to have a laugh and a chat but at the same time respect everyone’s schedules and privacy.

The area is great with fantastic transport links to central London with regular trains running through direct to London waterloo (25/30 mins) via Wimbledon, Clapham Junction and Vauxhall stations. There are buses just a stones throw to Wimbledon and Kingston areas. There is also a Night bus that runs from Trafalgar Square stopping just a short walk down the road.
The house is surrounded by great amenities such as two off licenses and a great Chinese just 5 mins away. Then there is New Malden high street that has everything you need with a bunch of big supermarkets, shops, restaurants, gyms and pubs. One of London’s most expansive and beautiful parks, Richmond Park is also on a ten minute bus journey away.

The Rent advertised is for the rent only. Bills are a little on top around £50. 00 but should decrease with the arrival of summer. A deposit of £500. 00 is also required.
