I have a lovely single and double room to let in our lovely, bright, spacious and clean 3 bedroom house. The rooms both have lots of built in storage, a full length mirror and a large chest of drawers if needed, as well.

I am ideally looking for girl house mates but boys welcome too. We try and keep things fairly low key in the week but do enjoy going out over the weekend together.

The house has a generous and well kept garden at both the front and back and free on street parking. It is a five minute walk to the nearest overground station ( Motspur Park) and bus routes. Tube routes via Wimbledon are 10 minutes on the train from the station near the house. Driving to Wimbledon takes 8 Minuets if the traffic is bad, it can take only 5 minuets!

The lounge is spacious and bright with 2 double sofas. Kitchen is modern and fully equipped with an adjacent dining room that has French doors opening onto the garden and a full set of dining furniture. The bathroom has a large bath and powerful shower.

I am hoping to find young professionals who are friendly, sociable, clean and tidy and who would like to live in a proper home, not just a houseshare. We have lived here for nearly 2 years and the rooms are becoming available only because the girls leaving are buying their own home- otherwise they would be staying!

The rent for the room is £491 per month plus bills for the single room. Deposit is £541.

£600 for the double room plus bills, the deposit is £630

The landlady is very easy to contact and is very helpful if we need anything from her. This is a great house in a safe neighborhood with fantastic links to public transport- it only takes 25 minutes max on the train into Waterloo. The free parking is also a massive bonus- we currently have 3 cars in the household and all park right outside the house every day.
