This house is situated 1 minute from New Malden High Street, near the top of Burlington Road. It currently has two couples living in it but both have given their notice to leave so we are looking for new inhabitants.

The house has a garden which you can access either from the kitchen or the living room french windows. The total number of people in this house will be 5, one couple and three singles (there are three double bedrooms and a single room, although this advert is for a double bedroom).

The station is around 5-6 minutes from the house, takes Oyster cards and gets into Waterloo within 28 minutes, Vauxhall within 23 minutes, Clapham Junction within 19 minutes and Wimbledon within 12 minutes.

New Malden is known as 'Korea Town' as there is a large population of Koreans living here. There are loads of amazing Korean BBQ restaurants and supermarkets in the High Street if you can't be bothered to cook!

The house is close to the bus stops which go into Wimbledon or Kingston within 30 minutes. All-in-all the location is pretty good.
