1 double room available in houseshare

We currently have one double room to rent in a house share in New Malden.

The room is £500 plus around £75 a month for bills (council tax, gas, electricity, TV lisense and broadband)
This room is available from 25th July and comes furnished with a bed, bed side tables, free standing wardrobe and a shelving unit. The room is located upstairs with a shared bathroom (with one other person).

There is a shared living room/ kitchen with all basic amenities including a washing machine, dishwasher etc. Off street parking available for two cars.

It's a pretty laid back house where we respect each others privacy but are partial to a glass of wine/ beer or two and a chat in the evenings or weekends. Smoking is ok in garden just not indoors.

The house has a bus stop literally outside the door going towards Kingston or Wimbledon(N87 night bus as well)and the train station is about a 5 to 10 min walk with regular trains to Waterloo.

This room has become avaliable as the housemate currently in the room is moving to Dubai!
