The kitchen will be shared with the owners.

We are a happy, friendly, busy and peaceful family with a 9 year old boy,2 cats and a quiet dog. All pets are kept on the ground floor.

The house is within 5 minutes walk from Richmond Park, 7 minutes walk from Norbiton train station, 10 minutes walk from Kingston town centre. It is a 25 minute train journey from Norbiton to Waterloo with regular trains leaving every 15 minutes.

We are looking for a female professional who will be tidy, respectful and polite. Your privacy and space will be most respected and guaranteed. No visitors or sleep-overs. Price per month is 650 pounds including all the bills.
