Bedroom in country house

A choice of 4 bright, south-facing double bedrooms with polished oak floors (with en suite bathrooms) to rent in a country house in Normandy near Guildford, 10 minutes walk from Wanborough station from where trains to Guildford take 6 minutes.

Sharing with 1 other 50-something professional who is out from 7am till 5pm most days.

I'm only looking for 1 more person as I keep the other rooms empty (and do not stay myself).

The house is set in a 27 acre wildlife sanctuary with its own 2 acre lake, perfect for kayaking and wild-swimming. The house is spacious, measuring 6000 square feet, so there is plenty of room. We have a heated swimming pool, sauna, garages and barns.

We run a dog sanctuary from the grounds so you would need to be comfortable around dogs but this is entirely separate from the house so please don't message them on their rescue page!

Broadband, weekly and all bills included except a share of electricity bill (which isn't too bad as we have solar panels so all electricity is free during the day)as well as a share of the oil heating.

Well-behaved dog welcome (as long as it isn't left alone during the day).
