Hello. I have a double room for rent in Brighton Road, Purley, South London. All bills included, plus fast wifi internet connection. In a very clean and looked after flat. The room is HUGE and fully furnished, with built in closet. Plenty of storage space above the closet. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a laundry room with Washer/Dryer. There is a full size deep bath tub in the bathroom, as well as a power shower. It would suit a single professional or couple. I have very good relations with my neighbours, even looking after their flat when they are away. The flat is just 7 minutes walk to Reedham station and trains run regularly to London Victoria and London Bridge. Train takes about 20 minutes to both destinations.
