This is not a flatshare, we are looking for a lodger to rent Monday to Friday only or short term full time 1 to 2 weeks for a slightly higher price. Clean room with new carpet and double glazing. Recently decorated, neutral colours. Very spacious modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat. The new occupant must like cats as we have two. You must be aware that one of the present occupants works shifts and has a varied sleeping pattern and the other occupant is at home most of the time. The block itself is very quiet and there is free parking. A bus stop is right outside and Tesco is just a few minutes walk also Purley and Reedem train station is less than ten mins walk, with fast trains into london. It is a secure block with video intercom and a gated car park. The balcony is very very large and south facing. Tv and DVD in the room. There is a large fridge and freezer available. Looking for a tidy professional Smoking only outside. We will accept a Mon-Fri for £365per mth. We are live in landlords as are a married couple, so this isn't a flat share, looking more for a lodger, ie you don't need to bring your own cutlery or bedding etc. No Couples. would do full time for short lets , 1 or 2 weeks around £110 a week.
