We are a mildly eccentric gay couple plus Labrador seeking the perfect housemate with their own quirks for a large double en-suite bedroom in our flat. Rent includes all bills, a tivo box, your own fridge freezer and a ten foot cherry tree!

We are ten minutes walk from Purley station (as well as the Tesco extra), which is a 25 minute train ride from central London and has an overnight train service.

A housemate who can enjoy a glass of wine and laugh with sometimes is ideal. We are considerate, quite quiet people. We try to be courteous by leaving the place as we would like to find it, and would like somebody with a similar outlook to sharing.

Smoking needs to be discussed, occasional smoking fine but anything more probably won’t work for us.
