We are seeking a quiet single sharer for a family home (young married couple).

The double room is within a beautiful 4 bedroom family home on a quiet leafy road with on street parking. The house has recently been refurbished with a new high spec kitchen diner and bathroom.

The lounge and other bedrooms will be for family use only.

The large double room is furnished with a double bed, wall to wall fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and ample space for desk/chair if required.

Free WIFI access and all bills are included.

Guests of the lodger will not be allowed.

Open to both short term and long term let arrangements.

Excellent transport links from the home to London Bridge, Victoria, Clapham Junction, Gatwick via Purley Station which is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute bus journey on 127 bus route. Alternatively, 10 min bus ride to Wallington Station allows you to travel to Sutton and Epsom. Croydon town centre is also easily accessible via a no of buses.

Purley Town Centre provides all amenities such as supermarket 24 hr Tesco, gym etc
