Only 6 minute walk to the nearest train station – Purley! Located in a beautiful, green, residential area. Close to shops, banks, supermarkets and restaurants.

In zone 6 but, being so close to the train station and just over 20 minutes into London Bridge and Victoria is it very convenient to get into central London. If you are a frequent holiday goer it is also really convenient for Gatwick Airport (15minutes).

The 2 bed flat sits within a converted Victorian property on Foxley Lane and has its own entrance and a huge communal garden. The flat is very homely with a huge shared lounge, bathroom and kitchen. The room comes furnished with a double bed (which has storage in the base), large chest of drawers & mirror.

I am looking for an easy going professional female, will need to be clean and tidy and sociable. It is the perfect home for someone who wants to move into a friendly house share with a like minded housemate. I am looking for someone medium/long-term who will treat the house as their home.

About me: I am in my mid-20’s, work in the City in FS. I spend a lot of time socializing with my friends and spending time with family but am also a home bod as well.
