Friendly house, walking distance from Purley

Hi there,

I've recently moved in with my partner and now need to find someone to take my room.

This is a double room in a gorgeous 2 bed maisonette. It benefits from a very pretty private garden, newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom and spacious communal areas.

There is a large shed for bikes if needed and off street parking at the front.

The house is in a great location, half way between Reedham and Purley station and just 5 minutes walk from a 24hour Tesco that sells everything you could imagine. Plus the bus stops just outside the house.

My tenant Siobhan is really easy going, she's very tidy and great fun to be around. I'm super sad to be moving out but it's time for a new chapter in my life.

We're looking for a friendly housemate that is considerate, tidy and easy going. Someone who appreciates a glass of wine (or gin) and can bare an episode of the Kardashians. The perfect person would be a keen gardener but this isn't a must.
