Room in modern Purley town house - 24 hour trains

We are looking for a new housemate (male or female) to replace our male housemate who is moving out. Can move in from 10th January, but could possibly do a couple of days earlier If needed.

The three bedroom house is completely modern and has been recently done up to a very high standard (the landlord used to live here, so no shortcuts or costs were spared when decorating)

The three story town house has a driveway, garage and plenty of parking outside the house in the private gated community. The house has a small front balcony and back garden perfect for BBQs.

A 24hour Tesco extra is a ten minute walk away and the house has excellent transport links. Reedham station is a 2min walk from the house, where you can get trains to East Croydon, Clapham Junction, Norwood Junction, London Victoria and London Bridge.

Purley station is a 15min walk, where you can get 20min fast trains to London Bridge and London Victoria. There are also 24hour trains from London Victoria to Purley station - perfect for getting home from a night out! There are station taxis always waiting outside and it is a £5 fare to get back to the house.

I currently work in central London and have found commuting stress free and easy, and the 24 hour trains are extremely helpful! There is also a gym less than a five min walk away.

The room that is available is small, but it does fit a double bed. We also have two storage rooms in the house where coats, shoes, bags, luggage and whatever else can be kept, so not everything needs to be kept in the bedroom.
