Guy wanted to share my large detached house.

I have a large detached house in Purley which I am looking to share with one other gay or gay friendly guy. The room is large , bright and has fitted wardrobes .
The house has two large sitting rooms, dinning room, morning room and eat in kitchen plus its own landscaped gardens. There is off road parking for several cars. I also have sky multi room and broadband.
I am a very laid back, young at heart single guy that works in the city who just loves his home comforts when not working. I am looking for somebody that will appreciate and take very good care of the house, not just the room! I need somebody honest, friendly, fit and healthy ,very clean and tidy who is easy to get along with that has a professional career (perhaps at one of the airports? - any pilots out there?).
It would also help if you enjoy 'housey' programs as Kevin McCloud and Kirsty@Phil are often on my T. V.
The others in the house are a younger Brazilian guy and a straight lady friend, we are all very easy to get along with and friendly.
I guess, in summary, this is less of 'room for rent' and more of a house to share so any 'nice' people out there with no hang ups or baggage, then this may just suit you!
