A five-minute walk to Riddlesdown station which takes you to London Victoria and London Bridge in 25 minutes. Convenient bus links to Croydon and Purley. Parking spaces available on the drive and free parking on the road.

THE HOUSE
The house has 3 double bedrooms, large living room, conservatory dining area and second lounge with beautiful view of the garden. Well-equipped kitchen, television, laundry room & WiFi provided. Lovely spacious landscaped garden with two patios, perfect for sunshine and BBQs in the summer.

The atmosphere of the house is calm, clean and friendly. There are great living spaces to relax and socialise with friends.

THE ROOM
The room is for a single occupant (no couples please), and includes a double bed, large fitted, floor-to-ceiling wardrobes with a built in mirror, white desk, bedside table and two windows overlooking the garden.

THE HOUSEMATES
You'll be living with me (live-in landlord) and Paul. I am am retired and enjoy gardening, growing vegetables and a good Netflix series. Paul is a writer and tech specialist. The atmosphere is relaxed, we like to chat over a cup of tea and occasionally previous housemates and friends visit for games nights or dinner.
