Female for single room Monday to Friday

Monday to Friday. Female (keen on cats) for single bedroom and share of house in Richmond. Monday to Friday. £580 per month including bills and broadband.

SINGLE room to let (11’6 by 9’6 feet) with a single bed, window (double glazed sash) overlooking the garden and ceiling height fitted cupboards (hanging space and chest of drawers inside).

I am looking for a sociable, calm, careful professional / academic female around 40 - 62 to share the house and garden with me and two cats. You will have your own home to go to at the weekends.

We have carpets upstairs, and wooden flooring & ceramic tiles with underfloor heating downstairs. The front room has two sofas, original wooden shutters, TV with Netflix. The dining room leads to the kitchen and has French windows to the 50 foot back garden. The kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave etc. There's a bathroom upstairs and a shower / wet room downstairs, both of which I share with my tenant.

The furniture in the bedroom: single bed divan with storage drawers, bedside unit and lamp, desk and two chairs. Fitted cupboards - see above.

I'm a vegetarian who eats fish. I don't mind sharing with a meat eater so long as they are respectful. The rent of £580 per month (Monday to Friday only) includes gas, electricity, water rates, TV, WiFi broadband, cleaning of your room and the rest of the house and all household products. Bed linen and towels provided.

My house is in a quiet, friendly cul-de-sac just 8 minutes walk from Richmond station: Zone 4 (SW trains to Waterloo, District line, London Overground).
