Double room available to rent from beginning on July in our lovely 3 bed flat.
We're both very sociable, easy going and like the place to stay clean and tidy. Our current flatmate is moving out to go back to Uni, so we're looking for a third person to take the room.
The room is a small double, with ample built-in storage. Use of the shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. We like to veg out on the sofa watching crappy TV over a glass of wine/few beers as well as going out for good food and a couple of lemonades every now n again!
