This is a little piece of paradise as you can't see any cars or roads from the apartment so makes you feel like you are out in the country.

Current flatmate is chilled out, and easy to get on with, and enjoys living in our clean and homely flat. Looking for a clean and tidy housemate who is relaxed and easy to get on with, who appreciates their independence but also doesn't mind spending a bit of time together from time to time.

Flat is fully Furnished to high standard and all outside maintenance including heating is paid for by the landlord. Other bills including regular cleaner are shared with current flatmate.

Shorter let may be considered for a small increase in monthly rent price.
