I am looking for someone to take over my lease through March 2015 for my 1 bedroom flat in Richmond. The flat itself is beautiful, with brand new appliances throughout. Only reason I am moving is I would like to live closer to Central-area. Otherwise there are no problems whatsoever with the flat. Also, the flat is extremely well insulated and energy efficient. Can provide EPC Rating information upon request.
The flat includes a personal parking space in the complex's covered garage area. The complex is fixed with gated entry, which requires either your sensor or code to enter.
