I am the current tenant of this nice studio/flat in Richmond Hill. The main room is huge and it has a king sofa bed (really comfortable), it has a desk as well and space enough for another king bed if you have guest. The kitchen is separated and fully equipped. The bathroom is really big as well. All the rooms are exteriors and it has a lot of light. Central heating.
The place is lovely, you have shops under the house and you are 5m walking to the city center, 10 m from the Richmond underground and train station. It is a really safe area and lovely peace. It is just next to a nice park and thames riverside. I love the house and the place, but I have to come back to Spain.
i have signed the contract until october, but it has a break clause in June.
