I'm moving out of London so I'm looking for a friendly person to replace me in the 2-bed flat I share with one other. The flat is about a minute's walk to Richmond station & is close to all the shops & cafes in the centre of Richmond so it's in a great location.
It's a bright and airy maisonette flat with its own private entrance. The bedroom you'd be taking is big with lots of storage plus a sink.
You'd be sharing with one professional guy in his early 30s who works in IT. He's very friendly and easy going and has been a great flat mate to live with.
The room is £675 pcm, then there are the usual bills on top of that - broadband, elec, gas, water & council tax - so the total usually comes to around £830 inclusive of bills each month.
