I have a beautiful flat in the heart of Richmond Hill, less than 7 minute walk from the tube/train station, and bordering Richmond Park in the heart of Richmond Hill just around the corner from Oddbins and the local bakery. I’m looking to share this lovely flat through renting out the second double bedroom for 3+ months from early August. Sharing with myself (41 yrs male, girlfriend in NYC).

The property is both quiet and safe! This is on one of the most sought after roads in Richmond Hill. Includes all bills, wifi, TV, fully furnished, shared garden access, private allocated off-street parking (I don’t have a car so this could be your own space)

This flatshare would suit someone who is mature full-time working professional (male or female) who is friendly, sense of humour, independent & as house proud as I am! i. e. someone who likes to take good care of things..
Own large double room.
Neutrally decorated, and furnished with double bed, wardrobe and drawers. Share kitchen, bathroom, living room and garden with one other!

A bit about me: I sometimes work long hours, mostly Richmond office at the moment though sometimes travel abroad. I like my home to be a place for relaxation and calm. I love to cook, and it's nice to catch up over dinner, or a drink occasionally. Weekends I like to cycle (road cycling) and / or sometimes around the park and further afield - winter i like to ski - French Alps mostly.
