I am sadly leaving Richmond as my job is dragging me to the South East. I hav elived in this wonderful flat for a year now and it really is perfect. It is spacious and yet cosy aswell as being close to everything including the park, the station, and the village itself. All within minutes walk. I live here with Gemma and Martin who are both young professionals that are easy going. Enjoy relaxing during the week and watching a film or having a drink and are out and about at the weekend.

The room itself is large and airy with 2 big windows which give a nice view as well and make it feel even bigger. It comes furnished with 2 bedside lockers, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed and a shelving unit.

The flat has a nice living room come dining area that is again generously proportioned and very comfortable. Virgin tv/broadband is in the flat.
The kitchen is well laid out with good quality appliances.
Storage is in abundance throughout the flat.
Parking is available outside with a permit that is purchased on a 6 monthly/yearly basis from the council for a nominal fee.

Flat is currently being painted at the moment so will be fresh for new tenants arrival.
Bills come in at around 100 pounds each and this covers tv/internet/council tax/gas/electric/water.
