Richmond double room with en-suite, in a house!

We have a room available in our house for rent in August 2016. Would suit someone in between accommodation or moving to London and trying to find somewhere suitable.

It's a double room, with en-suite bathroom, in a lovely 2 bed house in Richmond. It's just 5 mins walk from the Richmond overground/underground station. You'd be in Waterloo in 15mins on the high speed train line, or Kew Gardens, Gunnersbury, Hammersmith, Twickenham, Heathrow in less than 20-25mins on the tube.

You'd be living with a lovely couple (we like to think so!) from Ireland. We both work hard Monday to Friday so are quite quiet and like to relax. We have a nice garden and sash windows, as well as quite a modern kitchen, french back door opening up into a lovely area with picnic table, hammock and small planting area. We're a 10min walk from Richmond Park, and close to the likes of Sainsbury's and Westfield White City, as well as the lovely river running through Richmond and down to Kingston. It's a great atmosphere in Richmond, quiet and relaxed, and you're spoilt for choice for restaurants, shops, cafes, pubs and cinemas.

We're open to single tenants or couples. We would consider a Monday to Friday tenant for a negotiated rate.

£850 per month with all bills included - council tax, water, gas, electric, broadband. £700pm for Monday to Friday tenant. £1050 for couples. Available from 1st August for a 1 month stay.
