Large Single Room in Spacious Grnd Floor 2Bed Flat

I have been advertising this room for some time now and have had little response… I am not sure why considering it’s a 2 minute walk to Richmond train station and hence the high street. I can only think that the description I gave was not doing its job. I have therefore decided to lower the price and re-write the sale pitch (i. e what you are reading now).

So… What does it have going for it? The price includes all bill etc, there is a parking space at the front if you need it (i. e. not on the road). The room although only a single room is also a ‘t’ shape meaning as well as a fitted wardrobe, a tall and a wide set of draws it also has space for a small office or lounging area in cross section of the ‘t’. More importantly it has patio doors (with electronic security shutters) that lead out on to a spacious private back garden (‘private’ = only you and I can use it).

What else? Well, as you would expect it has superfast broadband and all other essential mod cons inc. 24hour hot water, shower/bath and every kitchen gadget known. (I enjoy cooking)

Also although my normal profession is as a project managing consultant for city firms I currently in the process of planning a YOUTUBE and Podcast MAGAZINE style show about a range of topics. So if you have any media experience and want to join in the fun all the better. No problem if you don’t as most of the recording will be done in summer house.

Last but not least… If you are miserable, moody, melancholic or mercurial don’t bother replying.
