Spacious double room in great house share in Richm

I’m moving to the USA for a while, so need find someone to replace me in a fantastic house share in Richmond.

The Housemates:

You’ll be living with 2 girls and 1 guy. All three are nice, friendly, tidy and easygoing. We’ll chat in the evenings etc., but everyone has their own thing going on - so don’t worry, they won’t try and become your best friend but will be friendly to you.

The Area:

It’s a semi-detached house on a quite side street. It’s an 8 minute walk to Richmond train station, which has the District line, Overground and train services to Waterloo. The nearest bus stop is just 1 min walk away, which has buses that run through Twickenham, Teddington and Fulwell. The house is in a great spot for commuters.

For food there’s a big Waitrose and a Wholefoods just a 9 minute walk away, and indeed Richmond centre itself just beyond - which is great for shopping.

The House and Room:

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. Your bedroom is upstairs and is very spacious. You simply do not get rooms this big in London at this price normally! It comes with a very comfortable double bed, 2 wardrobes and further built in closet space. There’s also storage space under the bed. The room has 2 windows, so it’s lovely and light - and you get a nice view out onto our pretty garden.

The house has a large open plan living/dining room. Complete with a nice big TV and gas fire. We don’t have a TV license, but we do have an Apple TV thing, so we can watch iPlayer etc. instead. We have super fast Virgin Media internet (100Mbps).

There’s a compact but very well laid out kitchen with everything you’d expect. All cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs, pots, pans etc. are for the entire house to use - so no need to provide your own.

The main bathroom, complete with bath and a decent shower, is upstairs. There’s also a toilet downstairs - so there’s always at least one bathroom free to go to the loo.

Bills:

No bills are included in the rent. We’re seeing bills average out at around £130 a month - which includes: internet, gas, electricity, water, council tax & weekly cleaner (only for the communal areas).

The Contract:

You’ll be taking over my room for the remainder of the contract, of which there are 6 months left (it ends on 1st November, 2016).

It’s available for you to move in immediately.
