We are friendly professionals with a huge, stylish room to rent (roughly 18 square metres) in Sanderstead. The room over looks an extensive garden and fields, has wireless internet, Virgin TV in your room and your own separate fridge in the kitchen. The bathroom is also large with bath and separate double shower. All bills are included with the price.

Based on a quiet residential street with plenty of free parking, it is a relaxed, clean and tidy home. Waitrose is a 2 minute walk away as well as a lovely row of shops (including tea room, Costa, Cook, post office, barbers, hairdressers, dry cleaners, take aways, restaurants). There’s also a duck pond, nice park and plenty of sports fields around. It’s a 5 min bus ride to Sanderstead or Purley Oaks stations where trains are 20 mins into London Bridge or Victoria. Free street parking is also available near these stations.

The other housemates have lived with us for five years and the person vacating the room has been there for two years.
