TWO double rooms to let to ONE couple for £800

Hello!

We are a young married couple who are looking to share our home with another couple.

The home: we are renting two rooms (£800 for both per month) the 2nd room could be used as either a mini lounge/walk in wardrobe/study or what ever the couple wish to use it for. We have a nice size lounge and kitchen, and a decent size garden with a BBQ. The house has 3 toilets (2 bathrooms). Rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. We are a 2 min walk from the river which leads to both Guildford and Weybridge. Fast trains to London from Woking station.

Us: We love travelling, adventure and being active. We are both professionals- an electrician and cafe assistant manager. We don't smoke cigarettes but are happy for people to smoke in the garden. We enjoy having people over to socialise at the weekends for dinner parties or bbqs and would be happy for our new house mates to join in!

You: we are hoping to rent the room to another couple who are down to earth, good fun and also tidy.
